I recently became infected and paid for and downloaded a brand of adware removal which removed the offending items, however these pop ups are still dropping in to say hello :'(.  I have removed the offending item several times and it keeps coming back.  Should I try some thing else or will I be OK if I just keep removing it when it pops up?  Also would changing my ISP remove the problem?

Please help!!!

Have you tried System Restore?  Look through other postings on this site for the things you'll need to do in order for it to be a success.  It does work for most people, if correctly done.
