Start - run - msconfig  (OK)

startup  tab  look for pm  and untick item  then APPLY.
restart computer.

when i did this the icon did not come onto screen  and window did not open.
only restarted one and have just done this so unknown if it will fix over time.

I'd call this a cosmetic fix, it stops the progrmas from running on start-up, but the fiels are still on your system.

But I have had no further emails or messages from them since doing it.

This does remove the problem.

it may have something still on the system but no matter what programs you remove off your computer something always remains.
what Is more important here is that when you start the coputer you dont get any messages.
I have had no phone calls or letters from them.
I offered to take them to court but they did not respond to my email.
