Took advantage of their free trial period. Decided not to go ahead. So decided to cancell within "Trail Period". As I pressed on the cancell icon the screen froze. Had to turn computer off at mains. When I tried later I was confronted with a bill. Phoned Platte, explained situation and asked then to remove their icon and programme. Oh dear, you would think I asked them to raise the Titanic. Answer was " Pay the bill and we will send the necessary info" I sais no. The woman on the other end started to get obnoxious and slightly unpleasant. She said that it was my fault so I must pay. Whats next ? What do I do ?

Obnoxious? Platte Media? Well, I never  Grin

I notice Platte Media's PR hasn't publicly communicated on this forum for a while now. Perhaps they've finally realised they're on very thin ice.
